6. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
After processing and shipment, estimated delivery time is approximately 8–10 business days.
These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather, high shipping volumes, international transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Glow Ruck offers international shipping to destinations where our shipping partners are able to provide service.
Availability may vary depending on the customer's country, region, local regulations, carrier availability, customs restrictions, or other operational limitations.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if we are unable to legally or reasonably deliver the product to the destination provided.
If we cancel an order before fulfillment because delivery is unavailable, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our payment and refund procedures.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Glow Ruck maintains a 30-day return policy, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions stated in our Refund Policy.
Returned products generally must be unused, unworn, in the condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase where required.
Customers must contact glowruck@gmail.com before returning an item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Nothing in our return policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's jurisdiction.
9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer should contact glowruck@gmail.com within 3 days of the order being marked as delivered so that we can investigate and provide appropriate assistance.
Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for assistance under our voluntary store policy.
However, this notification period does not remove or restrict any statutory rights or remedies that a customer may have under applicable consumer protection law.
